Get Rid of Under Eye Circles

Dark circles under the eye reflect one thing: You are not taking care of your body properly.

Dark circles are caused by lack of decent sleep, both in amount and quality. You may also be feeding your body wrong foods lacking in nutrients needed to have an overall healthy body.

The amount of sleep is reduced as people grow up and assume a lot of responsibilities. However, the more work your body executes, the more rest the body should receive. Proper amount of sleep is a range between six to eight hours of sleep a day depending on the work and activities you have. Physical and mental challenging work and activities should have at least eight hours of rest.

In addition, getting rid of under eye circles means that you have to have proper nutrition. Eat foods that are green leafy- which promotes good blood circulations. Eat fiber enriched foods too as they eliminate waste and toxins that can build up in your blood vessels including those around your eyes. Avoid eating processed and refined foods as their nutrients are all sapped out along the process.

Getting rid of under eye circles only takes proper sleeping habits and good nutrition. They are proven more effective than those cosmetic treatments that get rid of under eye circles on the surface only.

Be careful too- because under eye circles are usually symptoms of a disease or an impending sickness. If you feel something associated with those under eye circles, consult your doctor.
