Eye Bags - Dark Circles

An old proverb says that the eye is the doorway to a human's heart. The eyes perfectly reflect what you feel even if you are dishonest about it. You may be smiling but your eyes will still reflect the sorrow that you feel.

Even so, no matter how much energy you may seem to have, your eyes will always flash the sign saying, "You are tired so stop pretending. See, I'm flashing this sign for them to see."

What better way to know if a person is tired or lacking some rest? Eye bags. Dark circles.

These two usually go together. For some people, they are the gauge if they are having proper sleep or even proper nourishment. The bigger the eye bags are- the more tired you are. The darker the circles are- the more under nourished you are.

Who has eye bags? They are usually the people prone to lack of sleep like new mothers, people who have deep burdens in life, actors and actresses who work overtime, employees who have tons of deadlines, college students on their final exams, politicians who are very much dedicated to their work and so on and so forth.

Eye bags and dark circles are swollen blood vessels around the eyes. When they become inflamed, they protrude and become darker. This is because of the fact that the skin around the eyes is the thinnest in the body.

Try to have an adequate rest and sleep and see the difference. This is the best eye bags and dark circles remover.
